Tentacles sensors are built to last years in the toughest professional greenhouses. When a project ends and a unit comes back to us, the hardware still has another full lifetime of accurate readings in it.
So we give it that lifetime. We take the last bit of usable power out of the sensor, instead of letting it sit in a drawer.
